At TowelandMaison, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to hygiene and quality standards, our exchange and return processes are carried out in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and relevant regulations.
You may request an exchange or return for products that meet the following criteria:
✅ The product must be returned in its original transparent protective packaging and in undamaged condition.
✅ The product must be unused and unwashed.
✅ The exchange or return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
✅ The product must be returned in its original condition, without any wear, alteration, or modification. The transparent protective packaging must be placed inside a shipping bag.
✅ Exchange or return requests are reviewed after the product reaches us. Once approved, the refund process is initiated within 10 business days via your original payment method. The completion time of the refund may vary depending on your bank.
Exchange or return requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
❌ Products without the transparent protective packaging or with removed tags.
❌ Used, washed, damaged products or items not suitable for hygiene standards.
❌ Custom-made, personalized products, or items sold at a discounted price as part of a campaign.
❌ Shipments sent only with the transparent protective packaging, without proper outer packaging.
For international orders, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
In case of a return, the product must be sent to the address specified by TowelandMaison with shipping charges paid by the sender.
Only the product price will be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Products must be properly packaged and sent in a single shipment. In the event of multiple shipments, additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer. A payment link will be shared for the relevant amount. Once payment is received, the exchange process will proceed. In case of a refund, the additional shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
After the product reaches us and passes quality control, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
1️⃣ Submit your exchange or return request by emailing [email protected], including your order number and product details.
2️⃣ After your request is reviewed and approved, shipping instructions will be shared with you.
3️⃣ Send the product in its original packaging and in compliance with the stated conditions to the specified return address.
4️⃣ Once the product reaches us, it will be inspected by our quality control team. Upon approval, the exchange or refund process will begin.
5️⃣ Refunds are completed within 10 business days, and you will be notified accordingly.
🔹 Important Note:
Under the legal Right of Withdrawal, you may return the purchased product within 7 days from the delivery date without providing any reason. However, the product must not have lost its resale condition. The transparent protective packaging must remain intact, and the tag must not be removed.
