The services provided by DMRC GLOBAL through the SITE include, but are not limited to, the delivery of products offered for sale on www.towelandmaison.com to the customer, without defects, by the cargo company on behalf of DMRC GLOBAL, within the promised period, provided that the product price has been paid by the MEMBER and the supplier has available stock.

All information, texts, images, trademarks, slogans, and other signs, as well as all industrial and intellectual property rights, page layout, and presentation of the SITE belong to DMRC GLOBAL or to entities from which DMRC GLOBAL has obtained permission or license.

USERS and MEMBERS undertake not to reproduce, copy, distribute, process, or otherwise use the SITE software, hardware, and content, and not to compete directly or indirectly with DMRC GLOBAL through such actions.

DMRC GLOBAL may also use personal information such as identity, address, email address, phone number, IP address, visited sections of the SITE, browser type, visit date and time for purposes such as statistical analysis, campaign announcements, and providing personalized services.
Personal information shall not be disclosed to third parties except upon request by legally authorized authorities or in cases permitted by law.
DMRC GLOBAL shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from access to or use of the SITE, including but not limited to breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other causes.

DMRC GLOBAL may assign this agreement in whole or in part at any time without notice. USERS and MEMBERS may not assign this agreement or any part thereof to third parties. Any such attempt shall be invalid.
In cases of force majeure recognized by law, DMRC GLOBAL shall not be liable for delayed or non-performance of this agreement. Such situations shall not constitute default, and no compensation shall be claimed.
Any disputes arising from this “Website Terms of Use and Membership Agreement” shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
DMRC GLOBAL reserves the right to file a lawsuit in the country where the USER or MEMBER resides.
This “Website Terms of Use and Membership Agreement” shall enter into force on the date it is published on the SITE.
USERS and MEMBERS shall be deemed to have accepted the provisions of this agreement by using the SITE.
DMRC GLOBAL reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. Amendments shall be published on the SITE with version and date information and shall enter into force on the same date.
